Ummah Class
A school information system for Islamic schools, run through four connected portals, with a marketing site that flies through the whole building before anyone signs in.
How it was made
Most Islamic schools run on a stack of spreadsheets, a paper register, a chat group and a payment link. Nothing talks to anything else, so the office rekeys the same family four times and the answer to any question takes a week.
Ummah Class replaces that with one platform and four doors into it. The office runs admissions, student records, guardianship, timetables, attendance, gradebooks, report cards, announcements, invoices and card payments. Teachers get a classroom that keeps its own stream and gradebook. Parents see their children, their fees and the announcements meant for them. Students get their assignments and their hifz in their own hands.
The public site had to sell that without a demo login, so it was built as a flight through the school. Each chapter lands in a different room, the office, the classroom, the home, the student desk, and shows the real screens from that part of the product. The last chapter is the argument the whole company is built on: the school owns the software, it does not rent it.
For UMTI students this is the reference build. It is what a full product looks like when the brand, the marketing site and the software are made by the same hands.
